Department of Nursing

Nursing is a field that contributes to the improvement in the quality of life of all people, including patients. Nursing programs provide health care administrators for health care facilities. The Master’s program in nursing trains personnel to acquire expert knowledge and advanced skills, including managerial skills, to take up leadership positions in various health care disciplines. Our graduates are involved in projects that requiring international cooperation and academic exchange or those who have become educators or researchers in the nursing field. In the Master’s program, researchers, educators, and specialists have the opportunity to contribute to the development of health sciences, which will improve the quality of regional medical care. Both Japanese and foreign students are accepted for the Master’s and doctoral programs. International exchange is an important part of the program.
